Heath's office to plan the scope of work for the <br /> excavation of the diesel contaminated soil at the Forward Inc. jobsite. <br /> 10:20A A. Reg calls Underground Services Alert (USA) to request that the site at 1145 West <br /> Charter Way in Stockton be checked for under ground utilities. This is in accordance with the <br /> 48 hour notice to be given prior to an excavation. Work order# 86126 is issued by Lisa with <br /> USA. <br /> 10:30A Excavator is mobilized to the jobsite. <br /> 12:30P J. Drake and A. Reg meet with Carrie Fisher at the Forward Inc. offices adjacent to the <br /> truck yard (spill site). The scope of work is discussed and a start date of 05/11/95 is set. The <br /> spill site is marked in white for the USA check. <br />
