Informed Carrie Fisher that our unit (E1) could not lift the empty fuel tank out of the <br /> secondary containment area. Option was given that either Dillard or Forward could make <br /> arrangements for a crane to lift the tank out so the contaminated soil could be excavated. <br /> Carrie Fisher will check into crane and advise. <br /> 1:OOP Begin dig A7 temp. s/p A7 <br /> 1:25P Charlie with Armour back for 2nd load. <br /> 2:40P E. Will return 05/15 for sampling. <br /> Would like 2 hour notice prior to sampling. <br /> 3:15P Tarp s/p Al 0 with 4 mill (4m) poly visqueen. <br /> 4:20P Steve with Husky Crane Service on site to look at fuel tank.
