Watch for moving trucks, equipment, <br /> and employees while operating and moving equipment. Necessary P.P.E.: hard hat, safety <br /> glasses, gloves, rubber/ leather work boots, tyvek coverall. <br /> 7:40A Begin dig at A11. Move temp. sip from A7 to A9 on 6m <br /> 8:35A Spoke with Carrie Fisher and gave her Dillard progress report dated 05112/95. Talked <br /> about the depth of the contamination at A11. Carrie Fisher said that at this point it would be <br /> best to leave A11 alone since the tank farm will be closed out very soon, and the extent of the <br /> contamination extends beyond A11 and under the block retaining walls in some areas. I <br /> pointed out that the contamination at the south end (dispenser end) at A11 shows to a depth <br /> of approximately 4.5 feet below the inside grade. Time for taking the cis was moved up to 1 PM <br /> by Carrie Fisher and A. Reg. Carrie Fisher will notify all agencies involved. <br /> 8:50A Continue excavation in A7 sip A9 <br /> 11 :30A Talk to Judi in main office about the Dillard progress report dated 05/12/95. Judi <br /> indicates that the report is ok, however the work is being done for Independent Trucking. <br /> 1:15P Assist Carrie Fisher and Linda Turkatte with the cis process by digging the pot holes, <br /> as directed, in the areas indicated by Carrie Fisher. 1 cis was taken in each of the following <br /> areas: Al , A4, A5, A6, A3. <br /> 1:40P Backfill all sample pot holes <br /> 1:50P Secure the excavation area with banner (CAUTION) tape <br /> 2:20P Leave jobsite for Byron Office <br /> 3:15P Leave voice mail report as requested by Harlin Knoll, SJC Public Health Services @ <br /> 209-468-3442 <br /> MAY 1 7 1995 <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br /> PERMIT/SERVICES <br />
