Currently we are in a <br /> holding pattern and not performing any Remediation or GWM while waiting for the Fund to <br /> issue more funds through the Change Order process. <br /> The last submittal for this site was the Corrective Action Plan (CAP), dated December 12. <br /> 2012;which is currently in a 30 day public review.Once it is approved and more funds are <br /> allocated to our Client,we will commence the work that is in the CAP. <br /> Additionally,we would like to request that the LOP respectfully evaluate this site under the <br /> new Low Risk Closure Policy as soon as possible. In the interim, and if the site does not <br /> qualify for low risk closure,we would also like to request that this site be moved into the <br /> category that the Fund calls, Remediation—Operation and Mtce. <br /> Please note that this email is in place of the past brief quarterly non-GWM reports that were <br /> prepared.
