Now Cher is retiring, so it is with regret we must inform you that Geological <br /> Technics Inc., will be closing its business permanently on January 31,2013. While we will not <br /> be doing any work or consulting after that time, we will remain open far a time allowing for <br /> the wrap up of receivables, payables, and other business matters until those things are <br /> completed. <br /> The good news is that Ray will continue to work in the industry with another company. He <br /> will be taking some of the assets of Geological Technics Inc., and may be using the <br /> "Geological Technics" portion of our name. On the heels of this letter,Ray will be contacting <br /> you with information on where he will be and how he can be reached. <br /> Please send us your final invoices and/or billings through January 31, 2013, as soon as <br /> possible.
