Charter Way, Stockton, CA <br /> Dear Ms. Kahler and Mr. Betker: <br /> Geological Technics Inc. has prepared a Groundwater Monitoring Report for the 3rd Quarter 2012 <br /> in letter format, in compliance with C.C.R. Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16 Section 2652. This <br /> quarterly report summarizes activities for the 3`d Quarter of 2012, and outlines the next proposed <br /> groundwater monitoring event and the upcoming remedial activities. <br /> 3rd Quarter 2012 Activities <br /> During the 3rd Quarter of 2012, GTI completed the 1-year remedial feasibility study (Phase I <br /> remediation), began implementing the interim remedial plan and began preparing a Corrective <br /> Action Plan for Phase III of remediation. A P Semi-Annual 2012 Groundwater Monitoring & <br /> Remedial Effectiveness report was submitted on June 29d', 2012 which discussed the 2nd Quarter <br /> 2012 groundwater monitoring data and the summary of findings for the 1-year feasibility study. <br /> Currently, GTI is implementing the modified interim remedial plan while completing the <br /> Corrective Action Plan and waiting for SJCEHD approval. It is anticipated that the interim <br /> remedial plan will continue until a Corrective Action Plan has been completed and approved by <br /> SJCEHD. Following approval of the work plan, GTI will implement the Corrective Action Plan <br /> in a manor based on available funds. <br /> P QMR 12 letter format l of 3 <br />
