Kirk Larson, PG, and Robert Trommer, CHG <br /> State Water Resources Control Board <br /> Division of Financial Assistance <br /> 1001 I Street <br /> Sacramento, CA 95814 <br /> Subject: 1245 Charter Way W., Stockton, CA <br /> Annual Five-Year Review Update Response CUF Claim # 12607 <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has received and reviewed the <br /> fifth annual five-year review update letter dated 19 April 2012 from Kirk Larson of the State <br /> Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) Cleanup Fund (CUF) for the above-referenced site. <br /> The CUF concurred with the EHD that active remediation should continue to achieve water <br /> quality objectives in a timely manner. <br /> As you are probably aware, pilot tests of insitu air sparging and insitu chemical oxidation were <br /> implemented in September 2011 for a twelve-month period.
