Charter Way, Stockton, CA <br /> Dear Ms. Kahler and Mr. Betker: <br /> Geological Technics Inc. has prepared a Groundwater Monitoring Report for the 1St Quarter 2012 <br /> in letter format, in compliance with C.C.R. Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16 Section 2652. This <br /> quarterly report summarizes activities for the 1st quarter of 2012, and outlines the next proposed <br /> sampling and analysis event. <br /> 1st Quarter 2012 Activities <br /> GTI implemented Phase I activities during the 1St Quarter of 2012, including groundwater <br /> monitoring and sampling of the sites seven treatment zone, transition zone and compliance wells. <br /> It is anticipated that Phase I activities will continue until the 3d Quarter of 2012 and that the <br /> findings will be presented in a Phase I Remedial Action Summary Report and Second RAP <br /> Addendum, which will include a summary of the monitoring results (field and laboratory data), <br /> an evaluation of the enhancement methods, and a specific discussion of Phase H implementation. <br /> 1"QMR 12 letter format 1 of 2 <br />
