The Fund will review this site next year to track progress. <br /> UPDATED, April 2009, this site has been under investigation for 12 years. By letter on 19 <br /> November 2008, the San Joaquin County LOP directed the Responsible Party to resubmit a <br /> Feasibility Study. The Fund concurs and will review this site next year to track progress. <br /> UPDATED, April 2010, the Fund continues to recommend that the San Joaquin County LOP <br /> direct the Responsible Party, with enforcement action if necessary, to implement approved <br /> remedial technologies without delay. The Fund will review this site next year to track progress. <br /> UPDATED, April 2011, by 15 November 2010 letter, the San Joaquin County LOP denied the <br /> Responsible Party's proposal to inject oxygen releasing compounds into source area intended <br /> to enhance the bio-remediation of petroleum hydrocarbons in the subsurface. The Fund <br /> recommends that the San Joaquin County LOP direct the Responsible Party to propose an <br /> alternate remedial technology. <br /> UPDATED, April 2012, the Fund concurs with the San Joaquin County LOP that active <br /> remediation continue to achieve water quality objectives in a timely manner. <br /> rk Larson, P.G.
