Charter Way, Stockton, CA <br /> Dear Ms. Kahler: <br /> Geological Technics Inc. has prepared a Groundwater Monitoring Report for the I" Quarter 2011 in <br /> letter format, in compliance with C.C.R. Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16 Section 2652. This quarterly <br /> report summarizes activities for the Ist quarter of 2011, and outlines the next proposed sampling and <br /> analysis event. <br /> 1"Quarter 2011 Activities <br /> No sampling and analysis of groundwater monitoring wells took place during the I" quarter of 2011, per <br /> correspondence prepared by San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJC EHD) dated <br /> May 12, 2009, which directed semi-annual sampling of selected monitoring wells on site (during the 2nd <br /> and 4"'quarters). <br /> Proposed 2nd Quarter 2011 Activities <br /> It Is anticipated that semi-annual groundwater monitoring and sampling of usually impacted groundwater <br /> monitoring wells MW4, MW-5, MW-6, MW-8 and MW-9 will take place during the 2"d quarter of 2011. <br /> It is also anticipated that a Revised Remedial Action Plan will be prepared and submitted to SIC EHD for <br /> review and comment. The revised RAP will address comments provided by SIC EHD in correspondence <br /> dated November 1.5,2010. <br /> Limitations <br /> This report was prepared in accordance with the generally accepted standard of care and practice in <br /> effect at the time Services were rendered. It should be recognized that definition and evaluation of <br /> environmental conditions is an inexact science and that the state or practice of environmental <br /> geology/hydrologyIs changing and evolving and that standards existing at the present time may change <br /> GeologlcalTechAlcsInc.
