Chart r Way e:#: 297 <br /> Stockton, CA. 5206 CUF#: 12607 <br /> On June 21, 2005, Sail Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(SJCEHD) <br /> approved additional pE roxide and ozone injection well installations to evaluate the <br /> feasibility of allowing t is process as an interim remedial action. <br /> On March 20, 2003 SJ—,EHD initially approved Addendum Feasibility Study In Situ <br /> Remediation dated Jar uary 15, 2003 that allowed for the installation of test wells for <br /> peroxide injection arou d MW-9, the area of highest petroleum impacted ground water. <br /> At the time, the Centra Valley Region Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) did not <br /> require an evaluation for Waste Discharge Requirements (WDR), and SJCEHD <br /> approved the proposal as submitted. <br /> The CVRWQCB now requires an evaluation for all subsurface injection proposals. Prior <br /> to issuing the permit to install the additional injection points/wells, SJCEHD must receive <br /> written confirmation froi n the CVRWQCB that you have met their requirements.
