Charti ir Way RO#: 297 <br /> Stockton, CA. 5206 CUF#: 12607 <br /> San Joaquin County E ivironmental Health Department (SJCEHD) has reviewed <br /> Geological Technics Irc, (GTI) Work Plan—Additional Site Characterization, Addendum <br /> #1 and response comments as requested in SJCEHD letter dated April 15, 2005 and <br /> offers the following. <br /> SJCEHD has evaluatei I the comments/answers supplied in the addendum and concurs <br /> that additional borings nd data are needed to complete our evaluation of the <br /> ozone/peroxide injecti interim remedial action. SJCEHD is not totally convinced that <br /> the ozone/peroxide inj ction destroyed the contaminants in the degree and manner <br /> presented by GTI, but as concluded that all has been done to test the interpretation that <br /> can be done without th additional work. <br /> The three (3) soil borin is proposed are approved. Please submit a Well Permit <br /> Application Farm and f e. <br /> GTI has previously proposed additional ozone/peroxide injection utilizing short-screened <br /> sections. SJCEHD approves the proposal.
