<br />' 4.0 PILOT TEST UPDATE
<br />' In accordance with our June 10, 2003 "In-Situ Remediation Pilot Test" work plan GTT
<br /> mobilized to the site on March 19, 2004 GTI supervised Applied Process Technologies, Inc
<br /> staff's injection of a dilute hydrogen peroxide solution into well MW-9 This process
<br />' occurred on a biweekly basis thereafter and continued for eight events A final follow-up
<br /> monitoring event took place on July 8, 2004 The following table shows the pre-injection
<br /> analytical data for March 19, 2004 and the resulting test data from infection wells MW-9 and
<br />' discrete monitoring points GP-1 through GP-3 Micro-wells (314" PVC) GP-1 through GP-3
<br /> are located down gradient from MW-9 at distances of approximately 12, 24 and 36 inches,
<br /> respectively
