SJEHD determined the stockpile was not acceptable for reuse on the site. On December <br />26 and 27, 2007, approximately 79 cubic yards of soil were transported to the Allied Waste <br />Forward Landfill in Manteca, California, and disposed of as non hazardous waste. The five <br />disposal manifests are attached. <br />Groundwater Information <br />Groundwater was not encountered during soil sampling. A monitoring well outside the <br />station building was sounded on November 5, 2007, and depth to water was found to be <br />approximately 40 feet bg.
