Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> As per owner, he is not aware of the compliant. <br /> During my inspection, I didn't see any rats in back or front of the facility. <br /> I saw some rodents droppings at the dry storage area, at back door and the storage shelves. More pest control is required. <br /> As per owner, they do pest control every month. <br /> A lot of dirt and food debris are found under all equipments in the back(washing area, dry storage area, cook line, storage <br /> shelves)in the front underneath and behind the 2 sliding door cooler.
