Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Called and spoke with complainant prior to inspection to get some additional information regarding the complaint. <br /> Complainant states that a pill label/blister pack was stuck to the McDouble(in the cheese). Complainant states that a photo <br /> was sent via e-mail to Jeff C. <br /> Upon inspection,the Manager on Duty was not aware of the complaint. Manager states that the facility has not received any <br /> similar complaints. <br /> Upon observation of the food prep/food assembly area, three cell phones were in the area(two underneath the individual <br /> sandwich boxes/on top stainless steel wrapper)and one by the order screens in between prep area and front counter. Cell <br /> phones were put away.
