NO NOTED ANTI INSECT/UV LIGHT TO DETER FLIES. FLIES ARE AT TABLES, CHAIRS, COUNTERS, <br /> EVERYWHERE FLYING'COMPLAINANT ALSO STATED"CUSTOMERS ARE FANNING FLIES AWAY WHILE <br /> EATING'." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Glueboards 25%full at time of inspection. Exterior fly <br /> bait stations serviced. <br /> September 20, 2017:treatment for flies, cockroaches and rodents:At time of inspection glue boards were 50%full/ <br /> glueboards replaced. Exterior fly treatment performed. <br /> Facility has three functioning UV lights in place this date with glue boards/sticky traps. One is located in the food prep area <br /> (east wall -per Manager,this unit receives the heaviest volume of flies on the glue board and is changed every other week). <br /> one is located on the east wall of the dining room, and one is located on the west wall of the dining rom.
