COMPLAINANT CALLED THE FOLLOWING DAY AND EMPLOYEES SAID THE <br /> WATERY CONSISTENCY OF HER SOUP WAS NOT NORMAL. COMPLAINANT REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO A <br /> MANAGER BUT WAS TOLD HE WAS BUSY BUT THAT MANAGER SAID THAT SHE SHOULD CALL POISON <br /> CONTROL IF SHE BEGINS TO FEEL WORSE. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7: <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #14 Food Contact Surfaces Sanitized or Warewashing Sanitization <br /> OBSERVATIONS: Observed food particles on sanitizing solution at 3 comp sink. Utensils shall be free of food particles <br /> before being dipped in sanitizing solution. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized. (I 13984(e), 114097, <br /> 114099.1, 114099.4, 114099.6, 114101 (b-d), 114105, 114109, 114111, 114113, 114115(a, b, d), 114117, 114125(b), 114135, 114141) <br /> #33 Nonfood Contact Surfaces Clean <br /> OBSERVATIONS: Several hand sinks are not clean. They shall be detailed cleaned daily to prevent cross contamination. <br /> Some shelves are not clean. Wipe clean, daily. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean. (114115(c)) <br /> #45 Floors, Walls, Ceilings; Clean and Maintained <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Several floors are not clean. Clean daily to prevent vermin and odors. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls/ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
