He stated that none of the employees have been ill. <br /> Food process: Soup is made daily with the following ingredients: heavy cream, fresh spinach, garlic, onion, celery, carrots, <br /> chicken base, feta cheese, salt and pepper. All ingredients are blended and cooled down in walk in cooler. Re-heated to 165 <br /> F and kept in warmer. Soup that is not sold by 48 hrs is tossed. <br /> Observations: all hand was stations have supplies, sanitizer levels are ok, no evidence of vermin, employees look healthy, <br /> rest rooms ok, food storage ok <br /> Violations: see report <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
