Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Fire was contained and the water from the sprinklers system was dried out.The fire was in the compressor room.The <br /> electricity had to be turned off because of the fire.There was no damage to the building. There was no smoke odor in the <br /> building. Potentially hazardous foods were kept in refrigerated trucks and dried ice was used to keep food cold.All ice cream <br /> was discarded due to the temperature not being cold enough. Some vegetables and meats were also discarded due <br /> temperature. <br /> Electricity is back on and all refrigerators are functioning properly. The fire suppression system was restored.
