Former A.W. Hayes Page 2
2005 Navy Drive July 30, 2008
Stockton, CA
California Code of Regulations (CCR) Section 2652 (d) requires the submittal of quarterly
reports, including ground water sampling results, be submitted until the site receives a no further
action required determination from the lead agency. In addition, CCR Sections 3890 through
3894 require that as of July 1, 2005, all reports of work performed, all sampling data, site maps
boring logs, etc. for contaminated underground storage tank sites be electronically submitted to
GeoTracker, the SWRCB's internet data base. This site has not been claimed in GeoTracker
and to date no data has been uploaded. You are currently out of compliance with the
requirements of the law.
The EHD directs that you have the monitoring wells at the site sampled by a consulting
company with an appropriately registered California professional in responsible charge
by September 2, 2008, and that your site be claimed on GeoTracker by submittal of a
report, following the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board Tri-Regional
Board Staff Recommendations Appendix A, prepared by the consulting company by
October 15, 2008.
If you have any questions, please contact Harlin Knoll at (209) 468-3442.
Harlin Knoll, REHS Margaret gorio, REHS
7A'
Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist Program Coordinator
CC: James Barton, CVRWQCB
