Change out <br /> glue boards and monitor area for new activity. Correct today. <br /> Observed two cockroach egg casings behind the True milk cooler in the kitchen (behind the coving where it is coming loose <br /> from the wall). Remove egg casings and increase pest control service today. <br /> Provide proof of pest control service/frequency at re-inspection. <br /> Repeat Violation <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin:rodents(rats,mice), cockroaches,flies.(114259.1, 114259.4, <br /> 114259.5) <br /> #40 Proper Use and Storage of Wiping Cloths <br /> OBSERVATIONS:A wiping cloth bucket is not set up at time of inspection. Set up a wiping cloth bucket with sanitizer to <br /> store cloths in between uses.
