Provide. This is a repeat violation; see 5/25/2017 and 6/15/2017 <br />inspection reports. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food employees shall have adequate knowledge of and be trained in food safety as it relates to their <br />assigned duties. (113947) Food facilities that prepare, handle or serve non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food, shall have an <br />employee who has passed an approved food safety certification examination. (113947-113947.1) Any food handler hired after June 1, <br />2011 shall obtain a Food Handler Card within 30 days (113948). <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: 3-comp sink 112 F. Provide 120 F or higher. This is a repeat violation; see 5/25/2017 and 6/15/2017 <br />inspection reports. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. <br />(113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br />OBSERVATIONS: Flies (about 6) in kitchen, and fly zapper not working. Keep door/windows closed, clean facility, eliminate <br />access, and provide more pest control. <br />Rodent droppings at multiple locations (including at where droppings were observed during the last two inspections): on <br />wooden board under soda palettes, on cardboard lining shelf above the soda palettes, behind and next to ice maker, <br />shelves and floor of backroom food storage, shelves and floor of separate dry storage (spice, tea bags, and utensils), <br />behind upright freezer, and under 1-comp prep sink. Immediately clean and remove all rodent droppings, clean and sanitize <br />any food storage surface. This is a repeat violation; see 5/25/2017 and 6/15/2017 inspection reports. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin: rodents (rats, mice), cockroaches, flies.( 114259.1, 114259.4, <br />114259.5) <br /> #24 Person in Charge Present or Performing Duties <br />OBSERVATIONS: No manager or person in charge during this inspection. A person in charge with managerial authority <br />must be present during operation. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: A person in charge shall be present at the food facility during all hours of operation.
