COMPLAINANT ASKED IF SIGNS WERE CORRECT AFTER THEY ATE THERE AND WERE TOLD <br />YES. <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />Environmental Health Department <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Owner is not available in the facility during my inspection. <br />As per person in charge, she is not aware of the complaint. <br />There was 2 restrooms. Out of order is posted on the first one and its key is kept at all times with owner. Out of order and <br />employees only is posted on the second one. By checking 2nd restroom, water temp is at 100 F, paper towels and soap are <br />provided and no plumbing issues. <br />As Per person in charge, they want to keep the 2nd restroom for employees as when they allow customer to get in, it become <br />messy. <br />OIR emailed to webstersdrivein@hotmail.com <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
