THE WEEK OF 4/24 THERE WERE 305 ILL CHILDREN.WEEK OF 5/1 THERE <br /> WERE 265 ILL CHILDREN. PUBLIC HEALTH IS WORKING WITH PARENTS TO COORDINATE A SAMPLING EVENT. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> Warmer--135.00°F Walk-in--41.00°F <br /> Milk Cooler--45.00°F <br /> NOTES <br /> Site visit- The numbers listed are all the absences recorded throughout the week(not the amount of sick kids). Today there <br /> are 48 absences total. All employees receive food safety training. No employees have been ill in the past two months. <br /> Facility receives all their food prepared at Stella Brockmen in Manteca. All temperatures are proper. Hand washing is <br /> occurring and fully supplied. Facility has sanitizer buckets made and proper. Food is received about an 1 and 15 mins prior <br /> to serving and all food is discarded after service. Restroom is properly supplied and has warm water. 6th graders went May <br /> 1-5 to science camp at Joan's Gult in Santa Cruz. They serve about 500-600 lunches a day. No significant decrease was <br /> noticed by employees in the last couple of weeks.
