Re-checked temperature of unit is <br /> 61 F. <br /> Move all items out of this unit to alternate refrigeration until the unit is capable of maintaining potentially hazardous food at <br /> 41 F or below. <br /> Submit a copy of the repair service invoice within 2 weeks to avoid a re-inspection. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/45°F or at or above 135°F.
