A RECORDING FOR THE PHONE NUMBER <br />PROVIDED STATES "THE NUMBER YOU HAVE DIALED IS UNALLOCATED" <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />I spoke to Ted who was not aware of complaint prior to my visit. <br />Employees noticed water was not getting hot. <br />A new hot water heater was placed at facility last week. <br />Currently there is hot water at facility per employees. <br />I checked 3 compartment sink 132F and hand sink 131F. <br />There is a temporary water heater that is 37,000BTU a minimum of 101,000BTU is required. <br />A follow up inspection to occur to verify proper sized water heater is in place on Monday. <br />Operator to contact City Building Department as well for all necessary permits. <br />Follow-up inspection 1/23/17. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
