VO, <br /> This letter will indicate Environmental Health Department approval of drawings <br /> submitted for the proposed "BEST SANDWICHES AND SMOOTHIES" subject to the <br /> following condition(s): <br /> 1. Provide an adequate supply of hot water to meet the peak demands of all <br /> fixtures utilizing hot water. (With the minimum of 62 GPH recov_erv-,t 60 <br /> degree rise).
