Hammer Ln. #C, Stockton CA 95209 <br /> Dear Bhardvaj Sompura: <br /> This letter will indicate Health Department approval of drawings submitted for the <br /> proposed "Subway" subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. The water heater must be able to recover at least 66gph at a 60°F rise <br /> based on the number of fixtures in the facility. <br /> 2. Ceiling material in the restroom shall be smooth, washable and impervious <br /> to water. If T-bar ceiling is used the tiles shall be vinyl and not acoustical <br /> ceiling. <br /> 3. The baseboard in the restroom shall be coved at the juncture at the floor <br /> and wall with a 3/8-inch minimum radius coving and shall extend up the <br /> wall at least 4 inches. <br /> 4. Provide a designated area for employees personal effects separated from <br /> toilets, food storage, food prep, and utensil washing areas. <br /> You must keep this office informed of the construction progress. An inspection <br /> must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance when the facility is ready to <br /> open with all equipment installed and thorough cleaning completed. A fee of <br /> $93.00 per hour may be accessed for any additional inspections, re-inspections <br /> or consultations. <br /> Any item(s) inadvertently overlooked in the plan check process, which is not in <br /> compliance with applicable County Codes and/or State Laws, shall be <br /> constructed or reconstructed upon request of the Environmental Health <br /> Department. Inferior workmanship, equipment, or materials will not be accepted <br />
