RECEIVE® <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS MAR 04 X019 <br /> PRODUCTION CHEMICAL MANUFACTURING DBA PRODUCTION CAR CARE PRODl1RONMENTAL HEALTH <br /> 1000 E CHANNEL ST STOCKTON,CA 95205 EPA: CAL000398411 February ffrjihPTMENT <br /> HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all <br /> reportable materials on site. <br /> 1000 E CHANNEL ST <br /> All materials found on the property were added to both 1000& 1015 E Channel St CERS Hazardous <br /> Chemical Inventories. <br /> Polybutene has been changed from pounds to gallons to accurately reflect the amount of Polybutene that we <br /> have on property. <br /> H.D. Green Glass Cleaner has been changed from pounds to gallons to accurately reflect the amount of H.D. <br /> Green Glass Cleaner that we have on property. <br /> Diesel Fuel 92 was updated from a maximum 400 gallons daily amount to 1500 gallon to accurately reflect <br /> the amount of Diesel Fuel 42 that we have on property. <br /> Three blue poly drums of unknown liquid found next to the drum of sodium hydroxide were found to be <br /> Activated Carbon used in our reverse osmosis water filtration systems. Activated Carbon was added to our <br /> Hazardous Chemical Inventory to accurately reflect the amount of Activated Carbon that we have on <br /> property. <br /> UPDATE about the above-mentioned three blue poly drums: <br /> Several drums (more than three) were found&pictures were taken on 1000 E Channel St at the time of the <br /> inspection but were not listed by name on the report. <br /> The drums below that are highlighted in yellow are the drums that were referred to as <br /> "UNKNOWN MATERIAL" at the time of the inspection. <br /> (1) 55 gallon drum of unknown liquid waste was found to be Oil +Water: The oil will be removed <br /> with Absorbent. The absorbent will be placed with the rest of oil + absorbent that we collect from <br /> cleaning our bottle making machine and disposed of accordingly. The remaining water in the drum <br /> will be used to make Slam! Degreaser. <br /> (1) 55 gallon drum of Unknown Material was found to be Wood Oil: and will be labeled properly <br /> then moved to 1015 E Channel St Raw Material Storage Covered Area. Wood Oil is on the CERS <br /> Inventory for 1000 E Channel St. <br /> (1) 55 gallon drum of Unknown Material was found to be Sodium Silicate N:was not labeled at the <br /> time of the inspection and was labeled while the inspection went on. That is why there is a picture of <br /> it after it was labeled on the report. Sodium Silicate is on the CERS Inventory for 1000 E Channel St. <br /> Pagel 1 <br />
