That is why there is a picture of it after it was labeled on the report. MPAWAX 60X is on the CERS Inventory for 1000 E Channel St. (1) 55 gallon drum of Unknown Material was found to be OMS Wax: was not labeled at the time of the inspection and was labeled while the inspection went on. That is why there is a picture of it after it was labeled on the report. OMS Wax is on the CERS Inventory for 1000 E Channel St. (3) - 55 gallon drum of Unknown Material was found to be Tomamine AO-14-2: was not labeled at the time of the inspection and was labeled while the inspection went on. That is why there is a picture of it after it was labeled on the report. Tomamine AO-14-2 is not on the CERS Inventory for 1000 E Channel St. and was not moved to 1015 E Channel St to be stored. They are still being stored at storage area 3 (all 3 drums are on the same pallet.) See List 91 below of Hazardous Materials that were missing from our CERS Hazardous Material Inventory at the time of the inspection. Check marks (✓) mean that the chemical was added with current quantities and ID means that the chemical will be undergoing further identification to allocate the proper Safety Data Sheets & add the material to our CERS Hazardous Material Inventory. Raw Chemicals have been moved from their old storage area in Open Area 3 to the Raw Material Storage Area at 1015 E Channel Street and are under a covered area as we will no longer be storing Hazardous/Raw Materials in that area.
