CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> PRODUCTION CHEMICAL MANUFACTURING DBA PRODUCTION CAR CARE PRODUCTS <br /> 1000 E CHANNEL ST STOCKTON,CA 95205 EPA:CAL000398411 February 27,2019 <br /> (1) 55 gallon drum of Unknown Material was found to be MPAWAX 60X: was not labeled at the <br /> time of the inspection and was labeled while the inspection went on. That is why there is a picture of <br /> it after it was labeled on the report. MPAWAX 60X is on the CERS Inventory for 1000 E Channel St. <br /> (1) 55 gallon drum of Unknown Material was found to be OMS Wax: was not labeled at the time of <br /> the inspection and was labeled while the inspection went on. That is why there is a picture of it after it <br /> was labeled on the report. OMS Wax is on the CERS Inventory for 1000 E Channel St. <br /> (3) - 55 gallon drum of Unknown Material was found to be Tomamine AO-14-2: was not labeled at <br /> the time of the inspection and was labeled while the inspection went on. That is why there is a picture <br /> of it after it was labeled on the report. Tomamine AO-14-2 is not on the CERS Inventory for 1000 E <br /> Channel St. and was not moved to 1015 E Channel St to be stored. They are still being stored at <br /> storage area 3 (all 3 drums are on the same pallet.) <br /> See List 91 below of Hazardous Materials that were missing from our CERS Hazardous Material Inventory <br /> at the time of the inspection. Check marks (✓) mean that the chemical was added with current quantities and <br /> ID means that the chemical will be undergoing further identification to allocate the proper Safety Data Sheets <br /> & add the material to our CERS Hazardous Material Inventory. <br /> Raw Chemicals have been moved from their old storage area in Open Area 3 to the Raw Material Storage <br /> Area at 1015 E Channel Street and are under a covered area as we will no longer be storing Hazardous/Raw <br /> Materials in that area. See List 42 for a list of materials that were moved and their current status. <br /> Pagel 2 <br />
