a. Will be directly in charge in the search and rescue efforts or emergency correction <br />efforts <br />b. May render emergency medical treatment to injured personnel on scene. <br />c. May assist the fire department in searching for missing personnel. <br />d. Will be the coordinator between emergency agencies and Company Management <br />e. Will keep this plan up to date and will periodically test all evacuation and life support <br />equipment. <br />f. Will conduct semi-annual test of this plan and make changes as required. <br />g. Will develop evacuation routes for all areas. <br />h. Will make periodic spot checks to determine if all employees have been instructed on <br />the evacuation plan <br />L Will ensure that all supervisors are thoroughly trained in the use of this plan. <br />j. Will ensure the well being and survival of all personnel during all emergency situations. <br />B&C has the following methods of notification of an emergency to activate the Emergency <br />Response Team: <br />➢ P.A. System <br />➢ Bull Horn <br />➢ Communication Devices (telephone) <br />➢ Buzzer at Power Wash and Waste Water Area. <br />The following incident response code system may be used for verbal paging of the ER team <br />along with the location: <br />➢ CODE "GREEN' <br />Medical Emergency <br />A CODE "YELLOW" <br />Chemical Emergency <br />➢ CODE "RED" <br />Fire Emergency <br />➢ CODE "WHITE" <br />Rescue or Disaster Evacuation <br />
