L
➢ Exit signs are located over every door that leads out.
➢ Emergency Evacuation maps are posted throughout the facility for designated exits and
primary assembly area.
Proceed in a calm and controlled manner. DO NOT PANIC!
➢ All employees are to assemble at the primary assembly area unless otherwise notified of
a different location. NOTE: If you are visiting an area different from your primary work
area, evacuate and assemble with the employees in that area.
➢ The evacuation leads will account for workers and visitors in their area. They will report
the status of their personnel (accounted for, unaccounted for and extra personnel) to
the Emergency Coordinator when he/she arrives at the assembly area.
➢ All personnel are to stay at the assembly area until the ALL CLEAR. Assembly relocation,
or other instruction are given by the Emergency Coordinator. Remember a good rule of
thumb is always send all personnel up, up and away from any hazards. (Up hill, Up wind,
and far away!)
➢ No employee is allowed to approach the Command Center unless instructed by the
Emergency Coordinator. All communications to the IC shall be done through that officer.
➢ Visitors: The visitor's host is responsible for accounting for any visitor.
➢ NOTE: The visitors Log can be used as a tool to account for visitors/contractors.
(Receptionists are to be sure the visitor has signed in and out at the front office.)
