I believe that you have already supplied me <br />with a form after your inspection of our facility but I cannot locate it. I am correcting our violations that were noted during your visit <br />and I am thinking I need to be using that form as a way of responding formally that the noted violations have indeed been <br />corrected. Could you please send another form? Thank you, I appreciate your help. On a side note, I did get to attend the 4 hour <br />Hazardous waste training that was conducted at the 600 Main Street building, given by Earl Thomas. It was actually a pretty <br />interesting class and Mr. Thomas is a very good instructor.
