The three manifests that were missing the <br />"Designated Facility to Generator" reports that close out the shipment. My question is what is the correct protocol for contacting <br />the Designated Facility to request copies of paperwork that shows the shipment did indeed arrive. Is it OK to just call them or by e- <br />mail? I also have a question concerning the after 30 day report that I am required to submit to the state stating that I have been <br />unable to acquire a "Designated Facility to Generator" paper.
