Corrective Action Taken: I have made several calls to the Department of DTSC and they have told me that I might have to file an exception report if they got the man power to look up all the copies that I have sent. But in the meanwhile as I have stated that I made copies of the manifest and sent them in within the 30 days. I will follow through with documentation that 1 did send in the Manifests. #27- The following uniform hazardous waste manifest did not have a signed off copy from the TSDF: (a) AR -1126989 Corrective Action Taken: Enclosed is a copy of the signed manifest from the TSDF. #49- Provide documentation of proper hazardous waste training according to Title 22 CCR, to all appropriate employees. Correct immediately. Corrective Action Taken: I have set-up a class time with all appropriate employees on January 13 at 10:00 a.m.. But due to the rise on production and employee's who are still out on vacation, I would have done it sooner. As soon as I finish training with the employee's I will send the proper documentation of all trained employee's. #72- l am still researching this section and will discuss this when I get more information. The treatment tank systems and the hazardous waste contained within at both addresses need to be dealt with. Handle the hazardous waste according to Title 22, CCR and provide receipts for proper disposal. CorTect by 01-13-03 Corrective Action Taken: I have cleaned out and around the treatment tanks at both building area's and have properly put all waste according to their profile. All of these drums will be picked up on the week of January 13"'. When they all get picked up I will send you copies of all signed manifests.
