CONTINUATION -FICIAL HAZARDOUS WASTE VECTION REPORT <br />PAGE S OF <br />B & C PAINTING SOLUTIONS <br />107 VAL DERVIN PARKWAY, STOCKTON CA <br />12/13/02 <br />-NOTICE TO COMPLY - <br />#12. Maintain the facility to minimize the release of a hazardous waste: <br />The secondary containment in the closed hazardous waste treatment area contains <br />residual waste. Correct immediately. <br />#19. The following hazardous waste were onsite longer than 90 days without a permit or <br />authorization: <br />(a) (1) - 55 gallon drum container in the closed treatment area, adjacent to the waste <br />paint sign. Accumulation start date not labeled. <br />(b) (1) - 55 gallon drum container in the closed treatment area, adjacent to the <br />wastewater sludge sign. Accumulation start date not labeled. <br />(c) (1) — 55 gallon drum container in the closed treatment area, adjacent to the waste <br />oil sign. Accumulation start date not labeled. <br />(d) (1) — 55 gallon drum container in the closed treatment area, adjacent to a <br />wastewater holding tank. Accumulation start date not labeled. <br />(e) (1) — 55 gallon drum container in the closed treatment area, with a vacuum <br />cleaner on top. Accumulation start date not labeled. <br />(f) (1) — 55 gallon drum container in the paint storage room, labeled as wastewater <br />borne paint, accumulation start date of 9-05-02. <br />(g) (1) — 55 gallon drum container in the paint storage room, in the south west corner. <br />Accumulation start date not labeled. <br />(h) (1) — 5 gallon bucket with waste oil from the oil/water separator. <br />Have these containers of hazardous waste removed and properly disposed of according to <br />Title 22, CCR and provide copies of the signed off manifests. Correct by 01/13/03. <br />#20. All of the following containers of hazardous waste were not properly labeled: <br />See #19, a — h, above and (3) — 55 gallon drum containers located in the paint storage <br />room had insufficient information on the labels. The following information needs to be <br />on a label: the words "Hazardous Waste", Name, Address, Accumulation Start Date, <br />Composition, Physical State, and Hazardous Properties. Correct immediately. <br />#21. All containers of hazardous waste need to be kept closed at all times except when <br />adding or removing hazardous waste. The following containers were not closed: See <br />#19h, above. Correct immediately. <br />#25. & #29. Generator manifest copies not sent to the Department within 30 days and <br />Failed to file and exception report: <br />Several "blue" copies of manifests were found in the records. Mr. Briones stated that he <br />made copies of these forms and sent them to the Department. Provide documentation <br />InspectorPAx4 VV,1 FIS`-' Received By <br />
