The following uniform hazardous waste manifests did not have a signed off copy <br />from the TSDF: <br />(a) AR -1126989 <br />Provide the signed off copies of the above manifest. Correct by 01/13/03. <br />#49. Provide documentation of proper hazardous waste training according to Title 22 <br />CCR, to all appropriate employees. Correct immediately. <br />#72. I am still researching this section and will discuss this when I get more information. <br />The treatment tank systems and the hazardous waste contained within at both addresses <br />need to be dealt with. Handle the hazardous waste according to Title 22, CCR and <br />provide receipts for proper disposal. Correct by 01/13/03. <br />Submit the required documentation and the certification of return to compliance to our <br />office and to my attention.
