I <br />have addressed and corrected all violations and hope they are to your satisfaction. <br />Violations are as follows: <br />#5- No Tiered Permit on site: We do have a copy of our Tiered Permit on site. <br />Enclosed is a copy of the Permit. You can see we have attempted to send it to the <br />state but they were in a disarray about who's handling Tiered Permitting. Now that <br />everything has settled, we now know that the County is now handling Tiered <br />Permitting. <br />#13, 14, 16, 17- No communication or alarm system located in Hazardous Waste <br />area: All personnel who is back in the Haz. waste area will carry a Digital Portable. <br />(phone/radio) This phone has the capability of communicating to Production, Front <br />office, and 911 emergency. There is a camera that monitors the entire Haz. waste <br />area. This camera is transmitted to the production office. <br />#20- 3-5gallons containers of oily waste: The oily waste is now placed in a 55 -gallon <br />drum and is labeled for shipment. <br />#43- No Contingency Plan on site: Ms. Briggs has given me a hand-out for <br />requirements on a contingency plan. I have look through the hand-out and all the <br />information that is in the Contingency plan is in my HMMP. Enclosed is a copy of my <br />
