Waste. <br />#69- Failed to conduct Daily Inspections: We have immediately started daily <br />inspections. I feel that a weekly inspection is more than adequate. I treat Hazardous <br />Waste once a week and doing a daily inspection in the Haz. waste area is too much. I <br />to conduct a Safety Inspection Daily, enclosed is a sheet used for those inspections. <br />Also the four holding tanks that are in the Haz.
