L'U"ESTERN SPHRY PRINTING,INC. <br />In accordance with CAL/OSHA Safety Standard 3220, the following evacuation plan is established <br />for WSP, INC. This plan applies to all personnel and will be implemented for the following <br />types of emergency evacuation. <br />a) Fire <br />b) Natural Disaster <br />c) Medical Emergency <br />d) Chemical Spill/Leak <br />e) Bomb Threat <br />f ) Blackout <br />g) Evacuation Alarm Sounding <br />This plan is to be used for any partial or complete evacuation of affected or potentially affected <br />areas. All employees shall evacuate immediately, including the ERT members, and assemble at <br />the southeast section of the parking area (unless otherwise instructed). After accountability of <br />all employees is reported to Logistics Officer, David Lawson, the ERT members under the <br />direction of the Safety Officer Henry Briones, will take any action necessary according to the <br />emergency. <br />EVACUATION TEAM LEADS: <br />The team leads will be the roll takers for the Evacuation team..... WSP team leads are all <br />department Managers/Supervisors. The Team Leads will be responsible for the following: <br />***Log in the status of all employees daily - Javier Landa/Stella Martinez <br />***Ensure the employees evacuation list is up to date weekly - Conni Bailey <br />***Train employees, visitors and contractors the first day they are on-site of <br />all evacuation procedures - employees - Henry Briones <br />visitors/contractors - Host Supervisor <br />***Shut down machinery if possible - Dept. Supervisors <br />***Push emergency button to notify front office of any emergency. <br />***Lead all employees under your supervision out in an orderly manner. <br />***Consult at assembly area, ensure all personnel are accounted for, report to <br />Logistics Officer.
