All components must be certified by an independent testing organization and <br />labeled as required by the organization. (UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc. See <br />California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 23 Chapter 16 Table B for complete <br />list). The component must bear the appropriate mark as required by the <br />independent testing organization. <br />5. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for <br />approval prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous <br />ones. <br />6. Contact Jeffrey Wong to arrange an inspection (a 48 hour notice is required) <br />to test and verify that the relocated PLLD at the Master STP will detect a <br />leak of 3 gallons per hour at 10 PSI for the two manifold tanks (87 Master <br />and Slave). Conduct this test by February 27, 2009. <br />7.
