These floor surfaces shall be coved at the juncture at the <br /> floor and wall with a three-eighths (3/8) inch minimum radius coving and shall extend <br /> up the wall at least four(4) inches. Rubber or vinyl top set base is not permitted in <br /> these areas. CURFFL 114150 This section applies to the area where the mop sink <br /> and water heater will be installed. <br /> 2) Dry storage is not indicated on the plans. Owner, Narin Tith, came in the office to <br /> indicate where dry storage will be used. There must be 144 sq. ft. of dry storage. Dry <br /> storage indicated on plans-redline change. <br /> 3) All sinks must be 12" apart or an 18�" splashguard is required. <br /> 4) Ventilation hood installation must meet sections 402.4 and 508.6 of UMC. Provide <br /> 1-11 specification sheets for the ventilation hood. <br /> 5) All walls and ceilings of all rooms, must be cleanable and have a Light Reflectance <br /> Value (LRV) of 70% or greater. <br /> 6) Provide an adequate supply of hot water to meet the peak demands of all fixtures <br /> utilizing hot water. CURFFL 114095 The instantaneous water heater must have a <br /> water recovery rate of 8 GPM at 60°F rise. The proposed water heater is too small. <br />
