ORDERED BBQ WINGS AND OTHER <br /> ITEMS. SYMPTOMS SHOWED UP ABOUT HALF AN HOUR TO AN HOUR AFTER EATING. COMPLAINANT IS A MALE <br /> IN THEIR 40S. COMPLAINANT ONLY HAD WINGS. ONLY THE COMPLAINANT WENT TO THE ER AND WAS <br /> INFORMED IT WAS FOOD POISONING. SPOUSE ATE OTHER ITEMS, NO WINGS,AND FELT ILL BUT DIDN'T VISIT <br /> THE ER. REQUESTING FOLLOW-UP FROM INSPECTOR. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The employee womens restroom,the soap dispenser is in disrepair. Make sure to repair if it is supposed to be a low temp machine. Correct today. <br /> The water in the 3 compartment sink, in the wash compartment is 95 F.The water must be at 100 F minimum.
