Time In: 10:20 am <br /> Time Out: 10:44 am <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: Buffalo Wild Wings Date: 12/06/2019 <br /> Address: 4751 Pacific AVE, STOCKTON 95207 <br /> Owner/Operator: BUFFALO WILD WINGS Telephone: (209)478-4351 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00051307 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT ATE AT BUFFALO WILD WINGS AND WITNESSED THE WAITRESSES SERVING FOOD WITH LONG, <br /> FAKE FINGER NAILS AND THEY WEREN'T WEARING ANY GLOVES. COMPLAINANT FEELS THIS IS A HEALTH <br /> HAZARD. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke with general manager regarding the complaint. The company policy did not required the waitresses/waiters to wear <br /> gloves if they have long nails or painted nails because it was not believed they were handling food. I informed the general <br /> manager the that food is being handled during serving the food. The company will implement use of gloves as required by <br /> law. See below.
