PASTRIES ARE FROM <br /> MARITAS IN SAN LORENZO. COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THE PASTRIES TASTE OLD <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> As per owner, he is not aware of the complaint.The self serve case in the dining area has temp at 41 F.All desserts packs <br /> have labels with business name, address and ingredients. Dates are not required to be on labels. By asking the owner about <br /> the process and the time to keep packs on shelf in the self serve case, he receives the packs every Monday and Friday and if <br /> any remaining packs on the case shelves, he exchanges them from the distributor by new ones.
