Continue to treat for cockroaches using only commercial grade/food safe products. <br /> Observed fresh rodent droppings in the facility on top of an ice cream cone box, behind the 2-door Snapple True <br /> refrigerator, behind the 2-door Hussman refrigerator, to the left of the water heater, on top of the water heater, under the <br /> 3-comp sink, and behind the prep table. Clean up rodent droppings, eliminate entry points(ceiling and wall holes), clean and <br /> sanitize areas today. <br /> Contract with a licensed pest control company for monthly (or more frequent) service. An invoice or service contact will be <br /> required for proof of correction.
