COMPLAINT HAS PICTURES OF WIRE AND WILL EMAIL THEM TO FOOD PROGRAM <br /> COORDINATOR." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Owner on site and is aware of the complaint. He states that the customer ordered a wrap"to go." <br /> Wraps are made with naan bread, lettuce, chicken, and sauce: naan bread is rolled out flat and placed into the tandoori oven <br /> to cook.The bread is placed on a pizza peel when it comes out of the oven, and placed on aluminum foil. Lettuce, sliced <br /> chicken and sauces are added on top of the bread and then the bread is rolled up.The wrap is then rolled up into aluminum <br /> foil. The wrap then goes to the customer. (If the wrap is ordered to eat inside the restaurant, the wrap is cut in half and placed <br /> on a serving dish. Both to go orders and for here orders are wrapped in foil.To go ordered wraps are not cut in half). <br /> Wire scrub sponges are used for warewashing only. The wire scrub brushes are not used to clean the cooking equipment. <br /> The interior of the ovens are smooth.
