EMPLOYEES ARE ALLEGEDLY SLEEPING ON <br /> CARDBOARD BOXES IN PARKING STALLS. BACK OF FACILITY IS A MESS WITH GARBAGE." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Owner of facility is on site and is not aware of the complaint. Owner states that there are a few homeless people who stay by <br /> the dumpster to the east of the facility.This trash enclosure is utilized by the California Milk Advisory building. <br /> At the time of the inspection,there were no employees prepping food outdoors behind the restaurant.
