P Telephone:(209)468-3420 Fax:(209)464-0138 Web:www.slgov.org/ehd <br /> qlj FO.�tl <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: Cinemark Tracy#217 Date: 08/22/2017 <br /> Address: 3300 NAGLEE RD, TRACY 95376 <br /> Owner/Operator: CINEMARK, USA Telephone: (209)833-8898 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00044039 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> C00044039 states: "MICE AND COCKROACHES IN THE FOOD CONCESSION AREA, UNDER SODA FOUNTAINS AND <br /> COCKROACHES THROUGH THE HOLES FOR THE ELECTRICAL WIRES.VERY BAD ODOR COMING FROM THE <br /> CONCESSION AREA TOO." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival,the Manager on Duty stated that the facility is aware of the issue.The facility has been working with Terminix <br /> (monthly service 5-23-17, 6-21-17, 7-18-17 and the most recent visit is 8-11-17). Manager states that Terminix has placed <br /> traps and these traps have caught mice. Manager states that there have been mice/evidence of mice in the popcorn <br /> machines. Calls were also made on 8-9-17 and 8-21-17 for the reason of cockroaches and mice. <br /> Observations today <br /> 1) Mice droppings were observed in the cabinet underneath the south handsink of the concession stand, in the cabinet <br /> underneath the Icee machine, at/under the rolling drawers at the concession stand by POS, in the dry goods storage room <br /> closet(southeast corner and west wall), in the northwest corner next to the Silver King reach-in refrigerator and on top of the <br /> waffle cone box in the upstairs storage room. <br /> 2) No cockroaches were observed this date. <br /> 3) No traps were observed this date. <br /> Corrective action: <br /> 1)Clean up all rodent droppings. Clean and sanitize all areas.
